Why Attic Ventilation Matters in South Florida

Your attic sits directly beneath the roof deck, where Florida sun, humidity, wind-driven rain, and sudden temperature changes all meet. When heat and humid air have nowhere to go, the attic can become a pressure point for the entire home.

Proper ventilation helps move hot, humid air out while allowing replacement air to enter at the lower part of the roof.
